An initialized SCT list
gnutls_datum_t * ext
The DER-encoded extension data; must be freed with
gnutls_free()
This function will convert the provided list of SCTs to a
DER-encoded SignedCertificateTimestampList extension
(1.3.6.1.4.1.11129.2.4.2). The output data in ext will be
allocated using gnutls_malloc().
GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) on success or a negative error value.
